We are presently seeking to fill a Sales Manager position for our rapidly growing first mortgage/re-finance and home equity divisions.  Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience, with a proven track record in closing sales, and must be capable of originating at least $1M/month in first trust or re-finance volume.

Qualifications/Skills

• Has a stable employment record

• Has at least 2 years experience as a mortgage loan officer or loan originator

• Has contacts with builders, realtors, CPA's, attorneys and/or other outside lead sources

• Has a proven track record in successful outside sales

• Has an entrepreneurial spirit

• Has some computer skills

• Has some knowledge of using the Internet

• Has the ability to work in a highly competitive environment

• Is ambitious and motivated with great sales capabilities

• Has the ability to interact with clients at all levels

• Is a team player and also able to work independently

• Is able to monitor and coach loan officers under his responsibility

• Puts emphasis on details

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is customer/client oriented

• Is seeking to grow with the company

• Is looking to expand his/her sales territory

Compensation

• Commission based income based on production (up to $170-240K)

• Commission split ranging from 35% to 85%
